Fighting Hepatitis in Pakistan: A Path to Health Equity

Medical Aid to Pakistan is leading the fight against Hepatitis in Pakistan, directly supporting UN Sustainable Development Goal 3.3, which aims to combat hepatitis and other communicable diseases. Pakistan faces one of the world’s highest hepatitis burdens, with approximately 12 million people affected by Hepatitis B and C. Our comprehensive approach combines prevention, treatment, and awareness, focusing particularly on protecting newborns and vulnerable communities from this devastating disease.
